2016年5月19日，美國(guó)Intex Recreation Corp. 和美國(guó)Intex Marketing Ltd.根據(jù)美國(guó)《1930年關(guān)稅法》第337條規(guī)定向美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）提出申請(qǐng)，請(qǐng)求對(duì)部分充氣產(chǎn)品及其制造工藝(Certain Inflatable Products and Processes for Making the Same)進(jìn)行337調(diào)查。中國(guó)榮威國(guó)際涉案，包括榮威（美國(guó)）有限公司（Bestway (USA) Inc.）、榮威國(guó)際控股有限公司（Bestway Global Holdings Inc.）、榮威國(guó)際（香港）有限公司（ Bestway (Hong Kong) International Ltd.）、上海榮威塑膠工業(yè)有限公司（Bestway Inflatables & Materials Corporation）和南通榮威娛樂(lè)用品有限公司（Bestway (Nantong) Recreation Corp.）。
